Maintenance Tradesperson - North/West

Workforce Extensions Footscray, our valued client is seeking a professional and quality focused Maintenance Tradesperson to join their growing team.

An opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to join and grow our company workshop function. We can offer flexibility for the right individual which can be based either in the western or northern suburbs of Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently.
• Install new equipment and machinery as required.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work through our CMMS.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Tradesperson or similar role.
• Experience in the quarry or concrete industry is advantageous but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.
