Business Development Brand Partnerships Manager

What we're looking for.

The Brand Partnerships Manager sells high-value branded marketing programs for commercial partners, leading the company's commercial partnership drive for a well-positioned group of brands including - WellBeing, Eat Well and Home Group. They will win clients, manage seamless campaigns, and drive revenue growth through integrated digital campaigns across various formats. If you have some experience in social media, content marketing, award programs, and live activations then this role would satisfy.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

Approach and open conversations with some of Australia’s leading businesses in the wellness, food and home categories.

Plan, pitch, sell, coordinate, and monitor branded content campaigns for key commercial partners.

Brief content producers (written, video, social, graphic design).

Publish, track, and report on live campaigns.

Collaborate with social and marketing leads to optimise campaigns.

Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-brief, and budget-compliant content delivery.

Conduct post-campaign analysis, providing commentary on company-supplied performance data, insights, and recommendations.

Liaise with Partner Strategy, Sales Managers, Clients, and Agencies on campaign deliverables.

Partner with Sales Manager to respond to briefs and identify upsell opportunities.

Now, a bit about you.

3 - 4 years’ experience in a similar role

Are an ideas person – our clients want ideas and you will thrive in this role if you enjoy coming up with creative concepts

Enjoy the satisfaction of sales – the thrill of the chase, persuasive delivery, and customer care

Experience managing and implementing integrated digital campaigns

Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or another relevant field

Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure

Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Able to produce your own campaign pitches from company templates

Goal-oriented and solution-focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.

Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
