About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to deliver a high functioning Allied Health Rehabilitation Ambulatory Care Service, within a complex multidisciplinary environment, that values the maximisation of physical infrastructure, innovative models of care and service delivery, positive communication, and a collaborative team culture.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Lead interprofessional service improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes within the STARS Rehabilitation Ambulatory Care Service, including service gap analysis, strategy implementation to optimise outcomes, and investments in education and upskilling of staff to enable a depth of expertise in this complex environment to support ambulatory activity.
- Demonstrate advanced level clinical skills and expertise within their specific discipline.
- Demonstrate advanced level verbal and written communication skills as part of the multidisciplinary team to influence culture and optimise patient outcomes.
