Locations of our delivered projects include Australia, Ethiopia, PNG, & the USA, across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, multi-res, education, and hospitality.

Your new role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, very experienced & competent civil construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of civil construction and road reconstruction projects in regional Australia and internationally. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations and project specifications. You must be willing to be deployed to regional Australia and/or international locations for extended periods of time.

Your key responsibilities will include the quality-assured delivery of:

Client liaison & meetings

Compliance with reference to BEC's Quality Management System

BoQs

Project documentation, reports and progress updates for stakeholders and management

Contract Administration

Site inspections and testing

Supervision & management of safe work practices

Progress claims & reporting

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent

Qualifications in Construction Management and/or Project Management

Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in construction and/or road construction

Self-motivation

A collaborative approach & interest/ability to deliver in a multi-disciplinary environment

A keen eye for detail

Evidenced ability to manage projects, teams & contractors

International project management experience a must
