Customer Service Manager – Wholesale
Are you a customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop our customer service team, ensuring outstanding experiences for our clients in a fast-paced wholesale B2B environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all customer interactions, improving processes, and driving a culture of excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order management, problem resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer service team, providing training, support, and performance management.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
- Oversee order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to optimize the customer journey.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-driven approach.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes, systems, and policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager (ideally in retail, wholesale, or FMCG).
- Experience within a B2B environment is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in order management, CRM systems, and customer service best practices.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
