Senior Management Role: Work closely with the Directors to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.

Your Role: A Multifaceted Leader

As our Manager of Shared Services, you'll be a pivotal member of our Senior Management Team, overseeing crucial aspects of our operations. Your responsibilities will span across finance, human resources and information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounts:

Oversee accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/year-end close and reporting

Manage accounts payable, payroll, and budget forecasting

Maintain bank compliance, ATO activities, and external audit coordination

Lead and mentor a small accounting team

Manage insurances, asset registers, and shared services budgeting

Human Resources:

Manage onboarding, employee skills matrices, and training coordination.

Provide input on staffing needs and implement HR policies and procedures.

Manage employee welfare programs and participate in strategic management.

Information Technology:

Manage subscription services and coordinate IT support.

Develop and maintain hardware procurement policies.

Drive continuous improvement of hardware, software, and systems.
