Exciting Lift Service Manager Opportunity – Lead a Dynamic Team of Technicians!
We’re excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Lift Service Manager to join a leading international lift company based in Sydney CBD. Following an internal promotion, the company is looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of 10 technicians. This is a pivotal role, combining field visits, customer engagement, and office-based leadership.
Location: Sydney CBD (with regular travel required)

The Role: As Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of 10 field technicians in the North and Western Sydney region.
- Ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Overseeing service agreements, driving financial performance, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conducting regular field visits and leading monthly toolbox meetings with the team.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key commercial clients.
About You: We’re looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a Service, Maintenance, or Repairs Manager role, ideally within the lift industry or a related field such as Fire, HVAC, or Security.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing field-based teams.
- A background in building, engineering, electrical, or mechanical disciplines (preferred).
- Solid financial management skills, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- A sound understanding of safety regulations, with relevant certifications being a plus.
