About the role
The Customer Information Consultant plays a pivotal role in resolving customer enquiries promptly and professionally while promoting outstanding customer service to all customers and stakeholders.
This role is a part-time opportunity working 4 days per week until May 2026, with the hours of work being 8:15am and 5pm with a 45-minute lunch break.
A snapshot of your day
Responding to customer enquiries over the phone, email and face-to-face.
Providing administrative and support services including but not limited to:
o Change of ownership
o Tenancy
o Billing
o Banking
o Information statements
Receiving, recording and monitoring high-risk activities undertaken by operational staff.
Ensuring timely entry of statistics and notes.
Collaborating with the team, supporting tasks and workloads.
Assisting with reception functions and housekeeping as required.

Key Selection Criteria
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ability to uphold confidentiality.
5. Demonstrated organisation and time management skills.

Position Information
An attractive salary range of $65,028 to $75,160 (pro-rata part time) plus 11.5% superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
This is a part time, limited tenure position until May 2026.
4 days per week with the hours of work being 8:15am and 5pm with a 45-minute lunch break.
Successful applicants will be required to undertake pre-employment checks including a police check and/or pre-employment medical and functional testing where applicable.
