About the Role:
As a Customer sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for valued members, guiding them through their health insurance journey. You will provide personalised service by ensuring each member has a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound calls, actively engaging with members to uncover their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively reach out to members who may be considering changes to their policies, highlighting benefits and value to encourage retention.
- Address overdue payments in a professional and friendly manner, reinforcing the importance of maintaining their membership benefits.
- Deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that enhance the member experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by offering solutions that not only resolve inquiries but add value to their membership.
- Collaborate with the team to share sales strategies and insights that improve retention and overall satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment
- Experience in customer retention, or handling inbound/outbound calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
