Due to an internal promotion within our Perth team, we are now seeking an individual who aligns with our values and is driven to succeed in a Customer Success Consultant position. Our new Customer Success Consultant will provide subject matter expertise on multiple vendor accounts and manage day to day administration of our Track platform. This role will provide invaluable support in helping our operations team to meet their goal of “FastTracked Excellence in Every Transaction”. This position is offered on a hybrid position with a blend working from the Perth office and working from home.

Key responsibilities:

Manage TRACK vendor accounts and the day-to-day administration of the TRACK Platform.

Ensure the successful completion of the TRACK Daily Settlement Process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.

Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and effectively address their concerns and challenges.

Proactively manage aging debt while optimizing vendor processes and streamlining system integration.

Manage the complete end-to-end process.

Attain and maintain TRACK Software User Certification.

Deliver informal and formal training and education to clients and vendors.

Effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements and ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

3 + years customer service experience with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, ideally within software or technology solutions.

2+ years of experience in finance, timekeeping, procurement, or contractor management.

Passion for operations and going above and beyond to support high quality stakeholder service.

Familiarity with cloud-based software systems, exposure to TRACK software highly regarded.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.

Collaborative team player with the ability to build relationships and work well in a team environment.

Degree-level qualification (business or technical preferred) or equivalent, highly regarded.
