SharePoint Implementation Support Specialist

Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services organisations. We have a requirement with our client partner for a SharePoint Implementation Support Specialist to join their team on a 6-Month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Communications Manager to plan and prioritize tasks, facilitate the acceptance testing of technical changes, and ensure these changes are effectively communicated and understood by business stakeholders and end users.
• Enhance internal processes and practices for backlog management and continuous development and release, ensuring that the most valuable items are prioritized with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to manage stakeholder expectations and assist in prioritizing tasks with key stakeholders.
• Document requirements, processes, or workflows, leveraging PowerApps.
• Provide second-level support and manage SharePoint Online applications, including PowerApps workflows for managers.
• Help the Applications Team meet KPIs by ensuring all applications are properly monitored and potential issues are prevented to avoid business interruptions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SharePoint Designer.
• Experience with the Microsoft 365 Suite, including SharePoint, Yammer/Viva Engage, Teams,
