Internal Communications plays a critical role in ensuring messaging lands with impact and employees remain connected and engaged—especially during periods of change and growth.

Based within the HR team, you’ll be joining a supportive, forward-thinking environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and getting things done.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on managing messaging, writing content, and working with senior stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication across the business. A particular focus will be supporting communications for a large, high-performing sales workforce—so clarity, speed, and relevance will be key. While there’s no leadership responsibility, this is a high-impact role that requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging across all levels of the business.

THE DUTIES

• Deliver internal communications, ensuring consistency and alignment
• Write and distribute internal content — including updates, newsletters, presentations, and intranet posts
• Work closely with senior leaders and HR to execute strategy into clear, engaging messaging
• Support communications across a dispersed sales-focused workforce, ensuring updates land with impact
• Keep comms channels updated, relevant, and engaging across a hybrid environment
• Balance multiple priorities with agility, keeping messaging on-brand, timely, and effective

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years’ experience in internal communications or corporate comms
• Exceptional written communication and content creation skills
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment — financial services/fintech experience a bonus
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
• Comfortable working independently, managing expectations, and “keeping the lights on”
• Resilient, adaptable, and confident — able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
