ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a strong emphasis on managing messaging, writing content, and working with senior stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication across the business. A particular focus will be supporting communications for a large, high-performing sales workforce—so clarity, speed, and relevance will be key. While there’s no leadership responsibility, this is a high-impact role that requires someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and is confident engaging across all levels of the business.
THE DUTIES
- Deliver internal communications, ensuring consistency and alignment
- Write and distribute internal content — including updates, newsletters, presentations, and intranet posts
- Work closely with senior leaders and HR to execute strategy into clear, engaging messaging
- Support communications across a dispersed sales-focused workforce, ensuring updates land with impact
- Keep comms channels updated, relevant, and engaging across a hybrid environment
- Balance multiple priorities with agility, keeping messaging on-brand, timely, and effective
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience in internal communications or corporate comms
- Exceptional written communication and content creation skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment — financial services/fintech experience a bonus
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Comfortable working independently, managing expectations, and “keeping the lights on”
- Resilient, adaptable, and confident — able to hit the ground running in a busy environment
