Talent International is searching for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our government client based in Brisbane CBD on a 12-month contract with potential extensions.

The Role:
Join the Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Communications team supporting the successful delivery of the HCMS program. You'll provide confidential executive and administrative support to line managers and the Director while coordinating travel, meetings, reporting, and documentation across the team.

Responsibilities:
// Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, coordinate venues, and make travel/accommodation arrangements
// Support project teams with reporting, data collation, and documentation
// Assist in financial, procurement, and HR-related matters
// Maintain accurate records using systems such as SharePoint and Content Manager
// Prepare and format professional documentation and reports
// Track budgets and manage team expenditure where applicable

Requirements:
// Experience providing high-level administrative and executive support
// Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills
// Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration/document storage systems
// Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project priorities
// Experience preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking actions
// Excellent written and oral communication skills
