Requirements

• You will need a Queensland Driver's License & access to your own vehicle at all times.
• You will need a telephone with a reliable internet connection.
• You must have a Blue Card (for working with children and young people in Queensland). If you don't already have one, you will need to apply for a Blue Card before you can do your practical application session should you move successfully to that stage.
• Previous experience working with children will be well regarded, and your ability to engage children is essential.

Roles

• Depending on the number of full shifts you can commit to ongoing every week, will determine the number of hours we can offer you. E.g. if you can commit to 5 shifts per week, we can potentially offer you 15 hours per week, part-time permanent. If you can commit to 10 shifts, we can potentially offer you 30 hours per week, part-time permanent.
• A shift is considered as being available either in the morning, from 7:00 am to 12:30 pm, or in the afternoon, from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
• Rate dependant on previous experience working with children.
• Superannuation, allowances, and entitlements all in addition to the base rate of pay.
• Requirement to attend quarterly team training sessions and monthly workshops to further develop strategies for working with children.
• Casual roles are available as well for those who can not commit to ongoing availability.
• Casual roles available in select areas.
