Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting a team of financial advisers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide full support to financial advisers in a team structure
• Handle compliance processes - OFA and annual agreements
• Full implementation of advice
• Managing the client database (Xplan)
• Complete investment portfolio reconciliations
• Manage projects - e.g. bulk client updates/communications
• Follow up with clients/product providers
• Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries
• Liaise with offshore admin team

About you:

• 3+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position
• Relevant degree is favourable but not mandatory
• Experience using Xplan
• Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning
• Experience with FDS and fee agreement processes
• Experience completing implementation of advice
• Previous experience working with outsourced admin staff will be favourable

Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $85,000 + super.
