As Client Services Manager, you will step into a vital leadership role supporting the advice team and overseeing the client service function. You will be trusted to take ownership of systems and processes, while ensuring clients receive a high standard of care at every touchpoint. Flexibility is part of the culture too, with the option of a 9-day fortnight to help support your own work–life balance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day client administration, ensuring the service team is supported and deadlines are met
Providing guidance and training to junior client services and administrative staff
Being the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries
Coordinating third-party forms and managing communications with superannuation funds, insurance providers, and platforms
Preparing and lodging new business and change requests, and tracking their progress to completion
Supporting the preparation of client-facing communications including newsletters and event invitations
Producing WealthSolver and Risk Researcher reports
Helping to ensure all advice is delivered within the compliance framework
Drafting fee authorities and service agreements, and supporting the delivery of advice documents in collaboration with paraplanners
Managing and maintaining client data within Xplan
What you will bring to the role:
Prior experience in a similar role within financial planning
Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)
Professional communication style and strong attention to detail
The ability to stay on top of competing priorities
Some exposure to Xplan, including WealthSolver and Risk Researcher
A proactive approach to keeping up with changes in regulation and professional standards
