We are searching for an experienced ‘Accounts All-Rounder’ to join the team ASAP. This permanent full-time role has responsibility for providing administrative, accounting and customer service support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

Processing customer orders and handling sales and product inquiries

Processing customer payments and credit card transactions

Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections and reconciliations

Monitoring and analyzing debtors aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to minimize outstanding balances

Providing support to the finance and operations teams as needed

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with our valued customers

Proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping, with proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control and debt collection

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, accuracy in data entry and the ability to prioritise tasks

Familiarity with both Accounting and Office software
