We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join/lead our expert team at Harry’s on Green Lane - one of Bowral’s most loved dining destinations. At Harry’s, we offer a casual, yet sophisticated and personable service. We welcome each guest as if it is to our home.

We’re searching for a dynamic, people-first Restaurant Manager to not only lead our front of house team with style, precision, and warmth, but to ensure a genuinely heart-warming guest experience - every day.

Our perfect candidate will be the face of our restaurant, setting the tone for exceptional guest experiences and building a cohesive, motivated team culture. You will be confident, highly organised, and able to keep your cool when things get busy. You’ll manage reservations, rosters, stock, and day-to-day operations while ensuring every service runs smoothly.
