Your Role: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Deliver seamless dining experiences that leave guests surprised and delighted.

Anticipate guest needs and personalise service to create lasting memories.

Build relationships with regular guests by recognising preferences and tailoring experiences.

Analyse guest feedback to continuously innovate and improve service delivery.

Team Leadership

Inspire, coach, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service with passion and authenticity.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills in guest engagement and product knowledge.

Foster a culture of collaboration where team members feel empowered to innovate and excel.

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service execution across all shifts.

Collaborate with kitchen management to maintain food and beverage quality standards.

Optimise reservation systems and seating arrangements for maximum guest satisfaction.

Business Development

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven leadership experience in a premium restaurant environment.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage authentically with guests and team members alike.

Strong problem-solving skills paired with creativity to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience using restaurant management systems or digital tools.

Desirable Qualities

Formal qualifications in Hospitality Management or related fields are a plus!

Knowledge of wine, spirits, and contemporary food trends is highly desirable.
