Role Description

This is a part-time Junior Estimator role located in Sunshine West, VIC. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for creating estimates and quotes, analyzing project requirements, communicating with clients and suppliers, and assisting with project coordination and scheduling. You'll learn how to take charge of a construction estimate, using your skill to accurately measure a project, formulate a quote and track key metrics within the company. This role will be leading to full time in the near future.

About You

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to think outside of the box and consider design challenges

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant estimating software (Bluebeam preferred)

Technical background in quantity surveying, engineering or construction is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
