As our Duty Manager you will be required to sail into our club and be responsible for the management of the Bar/Bistro, Gaming and Opening and Closing Procedures.

About you:

We are seeking a bright, outgoing, positive team player who is organised and wanting a career in hospitality.

Examples of Duties Preformed:

• Poker Machine clearance & maintenance
• Bar, Keno & TAB operations & reporting
• Gaming operations, promotions & reporting
• Club security opening & closing procedures
• Balancing & reconciliation of tills & takings
• Staff management, supervision & Human Resources
• Stock ordering & control
• Point of sales management

Qualifications:

• Current Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV)
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
• Current Drivers Licence & Vehicle
• Qualification in Hospitality

Experience:

• 2 Years minimum employee supervisory roll
• 5 Years minimum club/hospitality operational experience

Software Knowledge & Experience:

• Wildcat
• Ideal POS
• Microsoft office
• TANDA Timesheets & Rosters

Work Hours:

Must be available to work a shift roster, day, night, weekends & public holidays. Great hours shifts from 9-5pm, 11-8pm or 4-Midnight.

Remuneration:

Level 5
