About the role:

A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced retail manager passionate about luxury retail. Lead a team in a high performing flagship boutique environment. You will be accountable for developing your team and ensuring the highest levels of service are provided in store. You will be passionate about clienteling and have experience utilising client databases to drive sales.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience leading a high performing management team, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• High levels of business acumen, including stock control and labour management.
• Previous experience performance managing team members.
• Previous experience building and nurturing VIP client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
