Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a small portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance and liaise with landlord's and trades.
• Handle tenant interactions, including leasing processes, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Hybrid - Senior property manager duties, BDM & managing another property manager (depending on experience)

The Successful Candidate:

• QLD Certificate of Registration
• 3+ years of experience in Property Management
• Drivers license
• Previous experience in Real Estate/Reception
• Drive to grow a department and become a leader
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Immaculate presentation
