As part of this strategic change, a newly scoped role has arisen for an experienced risk professional to add value to the broader Risk and Compliance team, assisting with delivering a risk maturity roadmap and building a strong second line function.

Reporting to the Head of Risk & Audit, you will play a critical role in developing and embedding a practical, business-friendly risk management framework. You will drive the delivery of the risk maturity roadmap, strengthen the second line, and foster a strong, accountable risk culture across the organisation. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the implementation of a new risk management system (Protecht).
• Building and maintaining enterprise-wide risk registers.
• Facilitating risk workshops and challenging existing controls.
• Educating stakeholders and embedding risk ownership across the business.
• Supporting business continuity planning and assurance.
