Solutions Analyst (Fullstack) – NSW Government

• Location: Sydney/Parramatta - WFH Very flexible hybrid arrangement
• Pay Rate: $745 per day + Super
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
• Assignment Length: Until 27/02/2026 with potential extensions

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic ICT advice and support for the development, integration, and maintenance of web application software, networks, and externally sourced solutions across the departments digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business and customer needs, document system requirements, and develop detailed reports, business cases, and solution proposals for new or enhanced ICT systems and services.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and solutions using a range of technologies, with a focus on Java, Microsoft Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps), Node.js, React, and ArcGIS.
• Lead and contribute to system analysis and solution architecture activities, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technical standards.
• Support agile project delivery through effective task and time management, ensuring multiple priorities are handled efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring external solutions and services are delivered to required quality, timelines, and standards.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution performance, functionality, and alignment with user and business expectations.

Essential Criteria:

• Experienced with NodeJS, React and based in NSW
• Any experience with ARCGIS or any other GIS Related system highly preferred
