We’re working with a leading organisation on a high-impact Channel Payment Reduction project within the Procure to Pay (P2P) stream. They’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in requirement gathering and solution design, and ideally with exposure to SAP Ariba.

• 12 month contract
• $800 per day
• Hybrid working - Sydney based

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users and suppliers to understand current spend behaviours.
• Analyse invoice spend data from PeopleSoft systems.
• Gather and document key pain points in the existing process.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and structured format to project stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably on P2P transformation or channel payment projects.
• SAP Ariba exposure highly regarded.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, process analysis, and solution design.
• Confident in working with large data sets and documentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
