Based in Glen Waverley, we are now seeking a dynamic and driven Admission & Events Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two thriving businesses, playing a pivotal role in driving enrolments and supporting the future growth of both brands.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Executive Team, the Admission & Events Coordinator will be responsible for increasing student enrolments through effective sales strategies and targeted marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role, requiring excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a proven track record in sales.

You’ll be engaging with prospective students and families, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring a seamless enrolment journey, all while contributing to the overall success of both businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new student enrolments through proactive sales activities, including handling enquiries, conducting consultations, and following up leads

Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive leads

Manage and create content for social media accounts, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms

Maintain and update CRM systems, track lead generation activities, and report on sales performance

Coordinate and represent the businesses at open days, information sessions, expos, and community events

Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals

Assist with administrative tasks related to enrolments, invoicing, reporting, and student communications as required

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all prospective students and their families

Skills & Experience

Proven background in sales and administration, preferably within the education or training sector

Strong marketing skills, particularly in digital marketing and social media management

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service

The ability to communicate in Mandarin is not essential, but is highly desirable, as it will assist in engaging with a broader range of families and students within our diverse community
