Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for growing commercial builder based in Fortitude Valley. They specialise in the delivery of commercial projects up to $10m in value. Due to a very strong pipeline of projects they are looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Contracts Administrator.

Client Details

Our client is a Tier 2 head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Most projects are in the range of $1-20m in value. The majority of their work is with repeat clients and these clients have a significant pipeline of works over the next five years and as such there is a high level of stability and growth potential in this role.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

• Writing scopes of works
• Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
• Involvement with monthly cost reports
• Variations

Profile

Selection criteria will include:

• Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
• High level of computer literacy
• Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
