About the role

Aim:

The Data & Technology Team seeks to deliver high quality relevant data and robust systems to capture data and deliver insights and training to understand best use of data to support the Foundation.

The Database Project Support Admin will support the effective delivery of SCHF’s CRM upgrade to NP Cloud to ensure best practice in donor acquisition, fundraising and stewardship, and supporter engagement. They will provide functionality and integration expertise to support seamless transition to NP Cloud. They will provide support and assist with data migration.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery: Collaborate with Data & Tech, Individual Giving, Digital Marketing, Supporter Care to ensure the new system meets their needs.

Assist with NP Cloud set up and field definitions

Assist with validation and checking new Object creation

Assist with testing FLOW automation

Help ensure optimisation of NP Cloud

Check Data Loads tools such as Skyvia and Data Loader are functional and rebuild templates for loads

Integrations:

Assist with mapping system integrations, ensuring smooth connectivity between NP Cloud and other data systems

Provide guidance on CRM integration to Marketing Cloud, ensuring smooth connectivity between NP Cloud and MC

Testing of all mapping and integrations with these systems and portals

Demandtools – Duplicate management

Vault (back up) set up

Mobile Gift App – payment testing end to end

DataLake / PowerBI – synch testing and data validation

Dataro fields – synch review

Dynamics – synch testing and data validation

Funraisin – synch testing and data validation

Grassrootz / Move Data – synch testing and data validation

Galabid / Zapier – synch testing and data validation

GetFeedback – Donor surveys – synch testing and data validation

Data Migration:

Assist with preparing data migration loads

Ensure the migration of donor and supporter data is accurate and complete and align with Foundation needs

Assist with data validation

Assist with set up and testing Data validation tools

Requirements and Qualifications:

Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in Salesforce administration and system management, and integrations.

Project Involvement: Proven experience in supporting on a successful CRM or system projects, preferably with experience in NP Cloud or similar platforms.

Data Management: Expertise in data migration, data quality assurance, and system optimization.

Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear guidance throughout project delivery.

Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud: Experience in marketing / data cloud administration and system management, and integrations.

At least 2 years in a data or technology team requiring a technical acumen

Demonstrated experience in a technology or data role, in a commercial or not-for-profit setting, with evidenced ability to maintain donor systems

Functional / Technical Skills & Competencies:

NP Cloud Salesforce Trailhead quick look certificates in Salesforce for Nonprofits Basics; Nonprofit Cloud for Fundraising; Nonprofit Cloud for Programs and Case Management; Outcome Management; Grant making; Stakeholder Management

Deep knowledge of Salesforce and other platforms such as Ortto or Marketing Cloud, Funraisin.

Proven ability to problem solve and understand system connectivity methods

High level of autonomy and independence and demonstrated high standards of integrity, ethics, data privacy, judgement and confidentiality.

Strong networking and interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to develop productive, results-focused and effective working relationships.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for a talented Project Salesforce Administrator on a fixed term 6-month contract to support the effective delivery of SCHF’s CRM upgrade as we prepare for an exciting phase of organisational growth with some ambitious fundraising goals. Our Proposal to You:

In this 6-month full time fixed term contract role we will offer a competitive FTE annual pro-rata salary of up to $85,000 plus super for this position. We believe in recognising and rewarding the valuable contributions of our team members.
