An exciting opportunity has become available to shape the future of digital service delivery as our Salesforce Administrator.

This is more than a system admin role — it's an opportunity to shape the future of digital service delivery at one of WA’s most respected disability service organisations. You'll be working at the heart of transformation in a collaborative, purpose-driven team where your ideas matter, your skills will grow, and your work will directly impact the lives of people with disabilities across Western Australia.

This is a fixed-term position for two-years.

To ensure your success in the role, you will have:

• A Salesforce Administrator certification.

• Demonstrated experience configuring and customising the Salesforce platform (ideally 3-5 years).

• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and business processes.

• Experience with Salesforce and other software integrations.

• Experience in user support and training.

• Experience with PowerBI.
