Keema Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our busy Springwood Service Department, which processes 60–80 vehicles daily. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team of a well-established, family-owned dealership with a strong reputation and a people-first culture.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and high performance.

Manage customer relations — delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences.

Lead, mentor and support a strong team of advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.

Monitor department KPIs and implement process improvements to achieve targets.

Communicate clearly with customers and workshop staff regarding repairs, timeframes, and costs.

Maintain a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.

Proven leadership experience in a busy automotive service department (franchised dealership experience highly regarded).
