C-Lite Architectural Windows is based in Lake Illawarra and has been around since 1975. The company is under new ownership, we are growing and looking to strengthen our Production Department by adding another member to our hard working friendly team.

We manufacture the full range of AWS/Vantage products. This includes residential to high-end Architectural homes, low-rise, high-rise and commercial projects also.

We have recently invested over half a million dollars in new equipment, including an automatic double head saw and also a 4 axis CNC machine.

For this role previous fabrication experience is required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three year’s aluminium window and door experience, preference will be given to those with AWS/Vantage experience.

We will consider applicants without previous window and door experience providing you have fabrication experience in another industry.

You will need to be physically fit as lifting is required. That said we have a crane for lifting the larger panels.

This is a full-time role, so you have 4 weeks paid annual leave, paid public holidays and sick leave. There is also 1 RDO (Rostered Day Off) per month.

This role is full-time hours 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, working hours are 6:30am to 3pm. Overtime is available depending on the workload.
