About the role

We are seeking a factory worker to work in fabrication and assembly of domestic and commercial Aluminium Windows and Doors at our Burleigh Heads factory. Family owned and operated business that manufactures custom build products ranging from your standard residential windows and doors, to up-market windows and doors and commercial windows and doors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble domestic or commercial windows and doors

Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to cut, fit, and install components.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

Work in a team environment & take direction

What we're looking for:

Experience in window and door manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Physical fitness, as the role may involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.

Forklift license an advantage

Applicant must have a valid White Card and own transport

Hours:

Mon - Thur 6:30am to 3:00pm Fri 6:30am to 12:30pm
