About the role

This is a full-time role based in Coffs Harbour, NSW, where you will play a vital part in the manufacturing process at Allview Windows and Doors, a leading provider of high-quality aluminium windows and doors. As an Aluminium Window and Door Fabricator, you will be responsible for the assembly and fabrication of our industry-leading products.

What you'll be doing

Accurately measure, cut and assemble aluminium window and door components according to specifications

Prepare and finish frames, sashes and other components using a variety of tools and machinery

Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure products meet our stringent standards

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and finished products

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Collaborate with the production team to optimise efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

An experienced aluminium window and door fabricator

Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in the use of power tools, machinery and other fabrication equipment

A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A commitment to workplace health and safety
