About the role

Apex Signage Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our signage projects by providing accurate cost estimates and proposals. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and strategic direction of our dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Analyse project requirements and specifications to develop detailed and competitive cost estimates

Prepare detailed proposals and tender submissions that align with client needs and expectations

Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure accurate and thorough estimates

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, material costs, and labour rates to maintain a competitive edge

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Provide input and support for the successful delivery of signage projects

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in the signage or construction industry

Strong understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation requirements

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and project documents

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to accurately estimate project costs

Solid understanding of construction estimating principles, including quantifying materials, labour, and overhead

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients

Ability to multi-task , we get through a lot of work.
