Duties:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and variations

Obtain and review quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers

Preparation and issue of purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers with a detailed scope of works

Monitor all costs during the construction phase ensuring budgets and schedules are met

Establish and maintain working relationships with suppliers and sub contractors

Provide sales and administrative team support

Visit sites, select, measure and track important metrics

Criteria:

At least 3 years estimating experience gained within a residential or commercial construction setting

Must be highly proficient in using Buildertrend

Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads efficiently

Ability to read technical/construction drawings

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a wider team
