As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a critical role in quoting, selling, and growing our electrical maintenance client base.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager (or General Manager), you’ll be responsible for:

Generating leads and building relationships with clients

Conducting site visits and assessments to provide tailored electrical maintenance solutions

Preparing and delivering accurate quotes for services such as preventative maintenance, test & tag, switchboard inspections, emergency lighting, and more

Closing sales and managing onboarding of new clients in collaboration with the operations team

Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs for leads, quotes, and signed contracts

Maintaining CRM records and reporting sales activity

What You’ll Need to Succeed

✅ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technical, trade, or services environment
✅ Strong understanding of electrical systems, maintenance, or facilities management (an electrical background is a strong advantage)
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
✅ Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits
