Accidental Health and Safety is a first aid kit replenishment business, with an additional focus on health and safety equipment and training. With over 20 years in the industry, our established customer base stretches from Baldivis to Bullsbrook.

About the role

As a sales representative, you will be required to visit our customers on the road, checking and restocking first aid kits. Your time will be spent mostly out on the road servicing customers' sites. You will cover a range of suburbs across metropolitan Perth. You will be provided with a company van and company phone to undertake your servicing work.

There is a weekly Monday morning check-in at the O'Connor office to undertake refill of stock and for members of the team to meet and discuss their week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling first aid kit replenishment appointments for our customers.

- Checking, cleaning and restocking first aid kits.

- Fielding general enquiries from customers on-site regarding first aid items.

- Quoting and processing orders with support from the office administration staff.

- Managing customer communications via email and phone, and referring matters to the office administration staff where appropriate.

The successful applicant will:

- Be an enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn on the job.

- Be adaptable to change.

- Have the ability to work autonomously.

- Have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to manage customer expectations and build rapport with customers.

- Have good time management skills.

Requirements

- A basic understanding of the end-to-end sales process including quoting, ordering, and invoicing.

- C-class Driver's licence.

- Experience in a sales or customer service role.

- Proficiency with iOS.
