Sales Representative - Maintenance Plumber

Are you an experienced maintenance plumber with exceptional sales skills then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

• Full Time Role, $50 - $55+ P/HR + uncapped commission/bonus structure

• Full scheduling and admin support - focus on quoting and selling

We're looking for a plumbing sales superstar to join our team based in Melbourne

About the Role

• Visit clients, Identify the issue & explain the options clearly to the customer
• Provide on-site quotes using our quoting platform, and convert domestic leads into loyal customers
• Secure and manage new customer opportunities
• Follow-up on warm leads in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Track wins, quotes, and bonuses with full admin support

We need a sales superstar with:

• Sales and/or plumbing experience - Essential
• Strong sales and networking skills
• Communicate well with customers and quote/upsell when needed
• Is clean, reliable, and takes pride in their work
• Tech-savvy plumbers (experience with scheduling software like ServiceM8 is a plus)
• Current Drivers licence
• Honest and trustworthy
• Must be permeant full-time working rights in Australia
• Willing to undergo a National Police Check
