Hays Recruitment has partnered with a not-for-profit organisation who require an experienced service coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the day-to-day scheduling of operations.
Duties will include:
- Accurately allocate and coordinate jobs to contractors, ensuring work requirements meet operational standards.
- Provide responsive and accurate service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manage work orders and triage based on priority
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and schedules.
- Process customer payments and assist with new account set-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors
- Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar scheduling/service coordinator role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Accuracy in data management, scheduling, and compliance
- Proficient with MS Office
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Prior experience using CRM systems
- Great work ethic and attitude
