Hays Recruitment has partnered with a not-for-profit organisation who require an experienced service coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

The primary responsibility of this role is to support the day-to-day scheduling of operations.

Duties will include:

• Accurately allocate and coordinate jobs to contractors, ensuring work requirements meet operational standards.
• Provide responsive and accurate service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Manage work orders and triage based on priority
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and schedules.
• Process customer payments and assist with new account set-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors
• Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar scheduling/service coordinator role
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Accuracy in data management, scheduling, and compliance
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Prior experience using CRM systems
• Great work ethic and attitude
