Our client is a dynamic and well-reputed FinTech business looking to expand their risk and compliance function. This is a broad role supporting the team with managing risk and compliance frameworks and processes.

Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Managing the risk management framework (RMF), compliance plans and business continuity programs
• Conducting controls testing and risk assessments, analysing risk appetite and associated tolerance levels for key risk indicators
• Conducting compliance and AML monitoring
• Compiling and developing risk and compliance reporting for Boards and Committees
• Supporting the rollout of training and education programs
• Providing risk and compliance advice to the business

The ideal candidate will have:

• Circa 1-2 years risk, compliance, governance or assurance background within financial services
• Background in funds management, stockbroking, superannuation or investments will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders across the organisation
• Dynamic, driven, curious and hands-on personality
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
