About the position: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer (5–7+ years PAE) to take the lead on a growing litigation practice. This is a standout opportunity for a motivated practitioner ready to manage high-quality commercial and debt recovery matters, while helping shape the future of the litigation team.

You’ll act for a mix of business clients, including non-bank lenders, developers, and commercial enterprises, handling matters ranging from general commercial disputes to strategic debt recovery. Candidates with insolvency litigation experience will be especially valued.

This role also includes a mentoring component—guiding and developing a small, capable team of junior lawyers and a paralegal. You'll be hands-on with file strategy, client management, and litigation growth, with direct access to senior leadership and firm decision-makers.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years PAE in commercial litigation and debt recovery
• Strong experience managing complex legal files and formulating strategy
• Bonus: Insolvency litigation exposure
• Ability to engage confidently with developers, non-bank lenders, and business owners
• Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior lawyers and paralegals
• Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to leadership
• Motivated to expand and shape the litigation arm of the firm
