We’re working with an ASX listed group that’s looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join their growing team in Sydney’s Inner Southern Suburbs. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with a background in commercial litigation and debt recovery, and ideally, insolvency (though training will be provided if you’re looking to gain experience in this area).

💼 About the role:
You’ll be involved in handling a variety of commercial disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency matters. While experience in insolvency is desirable, it’s not a requirement—we’ll offer training to help you develop in this area. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to big-name ASX-listed companies. ✅ What we’re looking for:

5+ years of experience in commercial litigation and debt recovery.

Insolvency experience is a bonus but not essential—training will be provided.
