The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. In this key leadership position, you will drive quality, innovation, and operational excellence across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement framework aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding standards

Analyse service delivery data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Design and deliver improvement initiatives that enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency

Coach and mentor team members in quality improvement methodologies and best practices

Manage client feedback systems and implement improvements based on stakeholder input

Develop and maintain quality documentation, policies, and procedures

Report on quality metrics and improvement outcomes to management

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in quality management or continuous improvement roles, preferably in disability, youth services, or related human services sector

Strong understanding of NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and relevant industry standards

Proven ability to lead change management and improvement initiatives

Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making

Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Relevant qualifications in quality management, business improvement, or human services

Experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
