About the role

This is a full-time Service Delivery Manager position based in Rockhampton, Queensland. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the operations and service delivery of All Types of Care Queensland, a leading provider of disability support services. Your focus will be on ensuring the efficient and high-quality provision of services to clients within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of service delivery teams, ensuring they meet KPIs and provide exceptional care to clients

Manage staffing, scheduling, and rostering to optimise workforce utilisation and client satisfaction

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Liaise with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to understand and address their needs

Monitor and report on service performance, identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency gains

Collaborate with the broader management team to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation

What we're looking for

Experience (3+ years) in a service delivery or operations management role within the aged care or disability support sectors

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused services

Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., health, social services, business) desirable
