At Auxilium Recovery Network, we believe every person deserves the chance to live life their way. We support NDIS participants to pursue their goals, big and small.

About the role:

This role is all about making sure our valued participants have the right support, at the right time, from the right people. • Creating rosters and matching RSWs to participants

• Managing shift changes, cancellations and last-minute requests

• Communicating with participants, families, and the team to make sure everyone's on the same page

• Keeping our systems up-to-date with accurate information

• Being a go-to person for our Recovery Support Work team and participants when they need a hand

• In the event that challenges arise within the RSW team, stepping in to have the necessary conversations, manage performance or follow disciplinary processes with professionalism, empathy and fairness

You'll be great in this role if you:

• Have experience with rostering/ scheduling/ Service Coordination and/or being a team leader - ideally in disability, aged care or community services

• Possess strong conflict resolution skills with the confidence to navigate sensitive issues

• A super organised problem solver who loves a challenge, and can think on your feet

• Have awesome communication skills and a people-first attitude

• Are comfortable using scheduling systems (bonus points if you know Brevity!)

• Understand the NDIS and are passionate about person-centred support

• Exemplify the Auxilium Recovery Network values of Honesty, Openness, Perseverance and Empathy (HOPE)

What's in it for you?

• A welcoming, supportive team who truly care about what they do

• A chance to make a real difference, every single day

• A flexible and inclusive work culture
