SERVICE COORDINATOR (LOCKSMITH INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

We currently operate four vans, with three locksmiths on the road, one apprentice, and two office coordinators—you’ll be joining a well-established and collaborative team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Service Coordinator with locksmithing industry experience to join our team. You’ll play a key role in coordinating jobs, supporting the team, and keeping operations running smoothly across service calls, the workshop, and the counter.

You’ll be:

Booking service jobs and dispatching orders

Handling customer enquiries

Invoicing and administrative support

Assisting locksmiths both on-road and in the workshop

This role bridges customer service, logistics, and technical support—it’s perfect for someone who knows the locksmithing world and thrives on keeping operations flowing.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Locksmith industry experience is essential (but we’re happy to provide training for the specifics of this role)
✅ Confident computer skills (Instacode, PM8, or similar)
✅ Practical hands-on skills (e.g., rekeying, cutting keys, servicing locks)
✅ Good product knowledge to assist on-road staff and apprentices
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Problem-solving skills and initiative
✅ Reliable, punctual, and proactive
✅ Willing to provide a police check

EAC & automotive locksmithing experience are a bonus, but not required.
