The role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficient payroll services across Australia and New Zealand, processing payments, maintaining records, and providing employment advice. Troubleshoot ESS and Micropay payroll to ensure a seamless experience. In this role you will be working in a team processing approximately 1500 fortnightly payroll using Micropay. This role reports directly to the payroll manager.

About you:

• Solid understanding and well versed across Micropay payroll systems.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast paced, and high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to details
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Recent end to end payroll experience.
• Experience with Interpreting employment legislation
• Experience Interpreting EA’s, company policies and employment contracts
• Experience with month end reconciliations of workers compensation and parental leave.
