This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer looking to join a reputable company and take on a challenging role.

The Challenge
Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
• Processing payroll, superannuation, employee entitlements and other payroll compliance tasks
• Handling commissions and bonus calculations for sales agents
• Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts
• Preparing and lodging BAS, GST, and payroll tax (if applicable)
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies

The Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience in a comparable Payroll Officer within residential real estate
• It is preferable that you have experience using Xero, though not mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to confidently liaise with key stakeholders
