Our client is seeking a Payroll Officer to join the team responsible for end-to-end payroll and assisting the Payroll Manager with a variety of payroll related tasks Cheltenham Location. Accurate and timely payment of BHN Staff in line with legislative and EBA entitlements. Offering working from home flexibility 2 days from home, 3 days in the office.

Job Responsibilities are:

•Processing for end-to-end payroll processing and administration

•Employee file maintenance

•Staff payroll queries

•Fortnightly superannuation payments

•Long Service Leave Calculations

•Termination payments

•Administration of outsourced Salary Packaging

•Month End reporting in both HR3 (payroll / personnel system) and MYOB (finance system) and MicrOpay and Business Central

•Maintain comprehensive understanding of Health-related Award legislation & EBA processes.

•Full end of year functions completed in expected timeframes.

•Liaison with HR for payroll related information.

About You:

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working on Access MicrOpay payroll software.

At least 3 years experience as a Payroll Officer covering end to end payroll processing

Strong MS Excel skills
